 At your site, we can lead your team, or if you haven't formed your team yet we can help you assemble it. We can
then provide project management skills, including communicating with upper levels of management, making presentations,
assigning and tracking tasks, managing process, and budgeting.

Project Management at Our Site
 If you have an entire project or piece of a project you would like us to do for you, we can do that on our site
and manage the process. If your specification is already quite detailed, we can complete the project with periodic
management reports to you. If you don't have a specification yet, or would like help completing one, we will provide
the leadership for our team to work closely with you to develop a specification. As the project progresses, we
will provide all the usual project management services including estimating, planning and scheduling, staffing
the project, tracking, reporting, managing the quality assurance process, and developing all appropriate documentation.
