Randy's Asian Art Corner

Okay, I don't know much about art, but I have accumulated some nice pieces of wall art here and there; it's unlikely you've seen these before.

Japanese Paper-Cut Art

Original paper-cut art by Shoto Kimura of Kyoto.  And one papercut by Kumiko Nagahata of Tokyo.  22 works.  Good stuff.  Updated 10 Sept '02

Woodblock Prints

No, not the old standards you see everywhere -- an eclectic mix that's sometimes interesting.  I found many of these in second hand book shops in Tokyo, but there are a few modern works, including one from China.

Odds and Ends

A few batiks and other art from Indonesia, some African stuff, and... well, etcetera.
