David Reid

Co-founder and CEO

David Reid is the founder and CEO of Ease, an HR and benefits SaaS platform serving small and midsize businesses. David has over 30 years of experience in the employee benefits and group insurance industry and was one of the earliest adopters of technology as an integral strategy for employers in the late 1990s. Throughout his career, David’s focus has been creating broker-centric solutions that are easy to use and practical to deploy.

Courtney Guertin

Co-founder

After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Computer Science and Japanese, Courtney Guertin focused on his entrepreneurial skills and built companies that have raised more than $100M. After co-founding Ease, Courtney’s focus has been set on architecting strategic initiatives and partnering with the team to deliver the best value to Ease users.
