Q. As a partner, what can I access in my partner portal?

A: Your partner portal is your primary source for managing companies, uploading documents, and extracting data about usage of your service/s. 

Q. How can we extract data out of the partner portal?

A: The scheduled reports feature in your partner portal allows you to automate reports. Reports can be downloaded directly from your partner portal or sent via secure file transfer protocol (SFTP).

Q. Is there anything partners can’t do in the partner portal?

A: Partners cannot act on behalf of the broker and are unable to access private documents.
