Ease Partners with Heartland Payroll to Streamline Employee Onboarding for SMBs

Ease, the online benefits enrollment platform built for insurance brokers and employers, today announced a partnership with Heartland Payroll, a global payments company which supports payroll and other HR functions for businesses. The partnership will save time and resources for small and medium sized businesses nationwide by streamlining workflow on administrative onboarding tasks.

Following this integration, employees of companies who utilize Heartland Payroll will be able to log into their Ease portals to access information regarding their payroll, available PTO, current tax deductions and benefits. Moving these functions online allows HR professionals to save time, reduce errors and increase productivity on a daily basis. The payroll integration will maximize HR staff value by allowing them to allot more time to high value activities, rather than administrative tasks.
