The partnership will increase opportunities for small and medium sized business owners to offer their employees Guardian insurance plans and help simplify the enrollment process. The integration will allow existing Guardian and Ease customers to access their benefits information online, creating a simplified way to make selections and changes to important personal information.
Guardian is a Fortune 250 company and a leading provider of life, dental, disability and other individual employee benefits. This integration will allow small businesses, with as little as two employees, to access these quality employee benefits that they otherwise would not have access to. Additionally, by integrating directly with Guardian, ID cards are sent to employees more quickly, allowing them to take advantage of their coverage even sooner.

It will also allow brokers who offer Guardian plans to provide their clients with a more efficient enrollment process, saving time and resources.
