EIC21 put the power to connect in attendees’ hands with things like a Virtual Exhibit Hall where people could connect with 43 of Ease’s partners. And for those who wanted specific questions answered, they could hop into a virtual Genius Hall to connect with Ease experts in real-time. EIC21 also featured multiple workshops where Ease users could set up same-day carrier connections with their groups and learn how to set up groups, import employees, add plans, and more.

Takeaway 2: Now is the time to elevate women in the industry

EIC21 was a first-of-its-kind conference within the industry by serving up dedicated sessions to developing women in the workplace and fostering career growth. While the career advice and keynotes resonated with all audiences, it was felt in increasingly impactful ways by some who went on to say, “Creating a better work environment for women was one of my favorites. We are focusing on mental health and wellness and this is one of the first sessions to specifically address women and their issues!”

Takeaway 3: Ease is rapidly evolving

Attendees got a glimpse into Ease’s one-year roadmap in front of Ease, and that was just the start. EIC21 had numerous noteworthy announcements and the release of a few new, game-changing features. The first of which was the debut of Ease co-founder and CEO, David Reid’s new book: The Digital Broker’s Playbook: A Guide to Modernizing Your Insurance Agency (every EIC21 attendee received a copy of David’s book).

Then, throughout the two-day conference, viewers learned about the upcoming release of EaseConnect 834 (a self-service 834 file connection for medical, dental, and vision plans).
